Hope you are feeling good?
If not, hey thats cool…..you can’t be on it 100% of the
time….well I can’t anyway!
If you have been reading my emails, like a “good” person…then you
will have read about my nutritional and exercise tips for ramping
up energy on days you just “can’t be arsed!”

morning and all of a sudden I am getting private messages of love.
oh and few slapped wrists as well…..but I just wanted to be like
Mr Clarkson from the BBC.

Unless you have been living under a rock over the last month, you
will have heard about this dude.
What an inspiration……legend gets handed about too loosely, but
this guy is without question in that category!
This guy was so selfless…..choosing to impact the lives of
others, when he could have filled his bucket list before his last
days.
He said, ” life should be measured not by time but achievements”-
