Just wanted to pop you this email as I have been getting some nice responses from a number of different readers regarding my 3 latest articles.
I am loving writing at the moment, I am learning all the time and writing just helps me to give you the information that I have been learning. Good job I am enjoying it I guess as I am just about to start my MSc in Nutrition & Exercise Science.

—That Roll, Greens Drinks, Blast Challenge Training—–
Coming soon, I have put together an article that I think will help people understand which organ needs to be cared for if “that roll” is to reduce in size.One of them is my sister who I actually helped drop 4 inches off her waist in 28 days.

I actually have 3 photos of our semi private clients results from the last 2 weeks alone which are mind blowing, plus another one of my clients is now off blood pressure tablets…high 5 to Bruce!
I have also got a pretty cool “something” for those of you who are making greens drinks, if you aren’t , you should be!
Its actually part of the guidelines I gave my aunty recently who was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer. Since changing her diet (not just greens drinks) and having one chemo treatment she was told that her tumours had reduced by 1/3…..now I am NOT for one minute suggesting that this is a cure, but my aunty did thank me the other day when I saw her.
The next one is something that has really kicked off recently, I started it with a lot of excitement, enthusiasm as always, because I wont work with people who are sappers and pull others down, but this environment is very cool.
The main goal this time around is to prepare them to do their first Tough Mudder….its been a ball!
Its full of people who are right up for a challenge, who want to do interesting events, get themselves focused on a challenge, so you can imagine we are having a lot of fun in the outdoor environments I have taken them to on a 3 week rotation.
