I hope all is well with you this morning.
I am just about to set off on our honeymoon to the Galápagos Islands (with Jo)….yep she hasn’t thrown me out for leaving my almond butter on the side yet!
Not your typical honeymoon destination…..but to be honest with you…
I had been procrastinating on this one for too long…….
It is something that excites me massively…..
It fits in with Jo’s love of animals and our shared addiction to travel.
So if not now then when?
A bit like taking action with your health, your fitness and your lifestyle habits…..
There will NEVER be a PERFECT time……
So sometimes you have got to stop messing around and JUST DO IT!
I wanted to share with a few things before I take a break from all things email related, but also just to say that your health and fitness doesnt need to STOP just because I am not emailing or coaching.
I am lucky to have a great coaching team around me who will be serving our clients, just as if I was there…..
That’s why I am PROUD to call them friends firstly, and also colleagues!
