“Fast” Food Can Be A Solution To Sugar Cravings…….keep reading to find out how….
We have all been there, hungry, need fuel, fast food option reigns
supreme!
You know when you get home from work or that day
out and you just NEED “something”……
It can be a never ending cascade aswell……as once your body craves
sugar, you feed it…..do this often enough and candida will build up
in the gut and you will very easily get stuck in this rut.
…..By the way coconut oil and the amino acid L-glutamine are useful
to prevent sugar cravings.
Sometimes you just want something quick and easy, but you don’t
want to eat “crap”…….
You want to eat healthily, and use ingredients that are clean,
whole and naturally sourced……… because you “know” this is
better for you…….
Not always possible when on the road, at work, rushing around with
the family…….but this is something I have been working on….
——– Blast Food- Fast Food the Blast way ——
Yep I am PROUD to announce that a client of mine, Tanya, who
already runs her own company known as Countryman Event Services
and has a real passion for quality food ( so naturally we get on)….will be
making this problem a WHOLE lot easier for you very soon.
We will be offering fresh and frozen meal options that are made
from locally produced ingredients.
The food will obviously be clean, whole and naturally sourced, in
line with the philosophy of the Hot to Trot Nutritional Plan that I
created.
You will be able to pre order in one meal, 3 meals, 1 week, 1 month
packages.
The food will be available for collection at two local points, one
in Launceston and one at my studio in Lifton.
Tanya has sent me over a copy of some of the meals we have trialed
just to give you an idea of where we are going with this.
Initially we are going to go with lunch and evening meal options,
but we have plans for snacks as well.
So here you go……..

come and try these and the other options and we will answer any
questions you may have.
If you have any suggestions or questions at this time, clearly I
would LOVE to hear from you, so we can help you and more people.
That’s it for now…..
