So I was going to write this post about the most important organ for fat loss and how we have been helping a few clients this week improve their immune system in preparation for their half and full marathon preparations.

The last quarter of 2015 is upon us! Today see’s the start of October and leaves 3 months in 2015.
A question I asked myself……
A question for you………
Are you going to finish strong?
You probably started out the year with all sorts of resolutions and promises of change.
If you read my thoughts on NY resolutions, you will know I am not a big fan of that!
I think the new year is a good time to plan but to set your whole year around that rarely works in my opinion.
We should be doing it each day, each week, each month, every 12 weeks.
Maybe you’ve done all the things you’ve hoped and more, maybe you’ve partially completed your goals or perhaps you’ve struggled.
Maybe you only started your goal in July……
At this point the past is irrelevant.
Over the next 3 months you can achieve INCREDIBLE things whether it be in your your health, your career or your relationships.
It doesn’t always have to be a Monday or a New Year’s day that you set out afresh shooting for new goals.
Join me in&nbs p;committing to finishing 2015 showing the world, your friends, the people you serve the best version of you-
an inspired and motivated individual pushing for growth and contribution and new standards for how you choose to live YOUR life.
My intention for the next 3 months is to deliver massive value in my online and offline groups, deliver seminars for my clients and retreats, give more people a chance to get started with their health goals, inspire more people to have a challenge lined up, to hold a charity fitness morning for the families of my town, complete the next module of my masters.
Lastly, I just this week had an application accepted to spend 6 days with 5 olympic coaches. Coaches who are at a level I want to be at.
Coaches who will help me deliver more value to those around me.
This is a HUGE investment, yes in terms of cost…..but I NEVER question cost of education when its backed up by RESULTS and EXPERIENCE.
So in December I will be going to the High Performance Training Centre, Clermont , Florida to learn from the best.
Remember, this is YOUR life. Do the things that make you happy and don’t wait…2015 can still be really successful for you!
