Ladies How To Start Shifting Cellulite

 

This one is just for the ladies really…..

 

I guess this one comes off the back of a question that I have had a few times.

 

It is to do with cellulite.

 

This video will help you see the steps that are important in getting rid of it for life. I have helped clients do this in less than 12 weeks.

Through nutrition, a specific training programme which includes high intensity bouts of cardiovascular and resistance training, some slower steadier work and some pure strength work to improve the muscle fibres. Also added in there were some tactics to improve circulation and supplementation tips to aid the detoxification.

And guess what, if you haven’t got any, good stuff…but there are some diamond tips in here to keep it that way.

 

 

I wanted to shoot it in a 2 minute video like the one I shot on bra strap fat, coconut oil and love handles…but it wouldn’t have done it justice.

 

This is not verse and prose on cellulite but I think it will save a lot of people wasting time and money on products.
