Results Day……. I know the results….It’s almost a fix!
I actually already know the results……. one is a size 22 to a size 12 (explained later)
If David Cameron, knew what I knew ey……
Ok, I will cut with the politics stuff….
Now don’t take this as showing off……. BUT
When it comes to helping people shifting body fat, get fit for a challenge or an event……..
I can pretty much predict the results we will help people achieve.
Obviously there are some very important principles which we put in place for our clients….more on that later.
It’s quite simple really, if I can get them feeling more alive, improve their sleep, their moods and the way they feel about themselves…it makes getting the RESULT a lot easier.
Actually for a lot of people, are just stuck in a vicious circle, where they torture themselves each day by saying they are going to take action and they don’t…….
That is 100% torture and you must stop that!
Sure getting results involves hard work, but it doesn’t have to be a boring slog eating chicken and raw broccoli at each meal.
You don’t have to train 30 hours per week to be happy with your body, we actually show clients how they can do as little as 20 minutes per day and feel fantastic.
You can be in control of your food intake……honestly you can be!
You can be prepared and make better decisions……sometimes you just need to be shown how….
You need to know where you are starting from, where you want to be and then just map it out with a coach…..

One thing I have to confess is that I wasn’t prepared for the message I saw last week
Yep, that’s where one of my clients has come from since October 2014………
I believe this lady will do a Tough Mudder within the next 12 months……infact I know she will because she did something pretty smart the other day…..
She told me that she wants to do this….making herself ACCOUNTABLE……
You see its easy to meander through and tell yourself you will do stuff…….and drop out……..
Tell others around you and watch your results speed up!
Much like all of these people who I have been working with recently…….. these
