In fact on Friday I met and spoken with a number of people who could actually just carry on with their fitness and they would achieve more than most can dream of……..
BUT …… they know that having a coach in their corner makes them more accountable…… and they WILL “play their game” better…..
By the way…..I dont just talk about having a coach…..I have one too….. this surprises a lot of people….
Not just any old coach……..
I chose my coach because he gets results that mirror what I am looking for…..
See, you, as the health and fitness enthusiast ( YOU ARE because who wants to be less fit, more out of shape and feel sluggish) gets in undated with opportunities on how to make a start…..which diet to follow, what equipment to buy….etc etc..
I love helping people get started…..I love showing them a better way……but what I encourage people before I start helping people is ask them a series of questions related to their goal before deciding if we are a good match.
So by doing this we have become more successful at getting results and providing experiences.
The BETTER questions you need to ask yourself about your health and fitness are these…
1. Who am I doing this for?
2. What do I want to feel like?
3. Why do I want to feel like this?
4. What will the successful outcome look like?
5. Why is the outcome important to me?
6. Do I know what is needed to achieve this? If the answer is yes, then write them all down. If the answer is NO then write down what you think is necessary, so that your coach can help you identify the flaws.
7. Then you need to set a time frame out and work back from there to identify little targets along the way.

The 9 Week Home Programme we have starting on Monday October 17th.
If you need accountability, if you have been too busy your self second, third or fourth and now you are running on empty then this will help you.
If you struggle to find time but always find excuses as to why not to eat well, exercise and get a grip on your lifestyle then this could be your chance.
I have been working on developing a programme that led on from our original 28 Day Mentorship in which we delivered short (less than 20 mins per day) exercise routines and daily emails with nutritional guidance to help get results that change lives.
So now we have this 9 week programme which takes the best bits from the original programme and combines it with improved nutritional plans, recipe booklets and experience for clients.
I have been trialling it with some of my personal training clients and they have told me that they love the way it is delivered (the daily emails), found the sessions challenging but fun and looked forward to ticking that next box on their accountability chart.
The main things I think you should know before you get stuck in :
– You will be given videos of each exercise and routine
– You will be sent weekly meal planners that fit in with family life
– You will have recipe e-booklets sent to you to give you more ideas
– None of the sessions on week days will be longer than 24 minutes
– You will only need a pair of Dumbbells between 3-7Kg ( even these can be improvised)

Believe me, its so much easier having someone look over this stuff……that’s why I am studying my masters and taking weekly online courses so that people who are smarter than me can look in from the outside at what I am doing.
