Ladies 12 Week Strength & Conditioning Programme

đź’ŞThe next ladies group Strength & Conditioning IS STARTING SOON!đź’Ş

The new programme will begin OFFICIALLY on Monday 3rd October at 6:15pm and we have 3 places left now.

This programme is 100% inclusive for ladies who want to feel better, have more energy, get fitter and have a good hour with other like minded and supportive ladies. 

We have run this programme for over 10 years now and every Monday evening there is always a good buzz around the gym with plenty of laughs guaranteed!.

There are 4 Key Components to our programme:

âś… A Progressive Programme based around correct lifting technique and developing good strong movement patterns. Our philosophy is to first move well then move often. We are big on making sure technique is dialled in so that you are working the correct muscles and getting the most out of your session.

âś… Proper recovery- How to look after yourself between sessions, what to do pre session to make sure you get the most from your session.

âś… Supportive Nutrition- education around the sorts of foods and drinks that help develop strong, healthy and injury free bodies!

âś… Taking your newly gained strength and fitness into your daily life and tackle whatever it throws at you.

✅ FUN & CHALLENGING…

❗️The official start of the next ladies strength programme will be on the 3rd October and will consist of 12 x 60 minute sessions on Mondays 6:15pm-7:15pm at our facility in Lifton.

❗️This programme has worked really well for ladies between 18 and 64 years. We have 3 places in the group remaining.
