Men’s Strength & Conditioning Group

💪The next Men’s Strength & Conditioning IS STARTING SOON!💪

The new programme will begin OFFICIALLY on Tuesday 4th October at 7pm and we have 2 places left now.

This programme is 100% inclusive for guys who want to feel better, get fitter and have a good hour with other like minded guys. 

We have run this programme for over 5 years now and every Tuesday evening there is always a good buzz around the gym.

There are 4 Key Components to our programme:

âś… A Progressive Programme based around correct lifting technique and developing good strong movement patterns. Our philosophy is to first move well then move often. We are big on making sure technique is dialled in.

âś… Proper recovery- How to look after yourself between sessions, what to do pre session to make sure you get the most from your session.

âś… Supportive Nutrition- education around the sorts of foods and drinks that help develop strong and injury free bodies!

âś… Taking your newly gained strength and fitness into your daily life.

✅ FUN & CHALLENGING…

❗️The official start of the next Men’s strength programme will be on the 4th October and will consist of 12 x 60 minute sessions on Tuesday’s (7-8pm) at our facility in Lifton.

❗️This programme has worked really well for men between 25 and 60 years. We have 2 places in the group remaining.
