A Trip Away With Family……..

When you head to Barcelona for a weekend away with your family to watch the grand prix, you are probably not really thinking about using your strength training to a great degree!
Well, this morning Mike and I were at the studio coaching clients and one of our clients enters in her normal happy way.

We get foam rolling and working on her mobility matrixes and she says this…
“ really glad I have been doing my strength work “ …

so I immediately think “ well of course “

“ yes , I got my wallet stolen on the underground in Barcelona at the weekend. It’s OK though I wrestled it back off of them (two women) as they tried to run off with it! “
