Having a focus is the way forward. So I have 4 solutions for you in
this article.
I definitely felt the benefit of this during the last 6 months,
with it culminating in the Ironman 70.3 Mallorca at the weekend.

When you have a place to be, a goal to reach for, a target to aim
at….however you want to dress it up….your preparation takes on
another level of importance.
You will never hit the target you never set!

TEAM TRIATHLON
Sunday June 22nd- be part of a team triathlon, do one or two parts,
find a fellow member and make a team.
500m swim
12/13 mile bike
3 mile run
It’s in Bude, you don’t need to have loads of gear, just a
willingness to have a go! If you want to do this just email me
(info@fa-fitness.co.uk) with the event you want to do and I will
try to put you in a team with others.
Just a bit of fun and we will have a BBQ on the beach after.
We need to get on and enter soon, so don’t hang about.
CHARITY CYCLE
July 11-13- bike ride for children’s hospice south west. This looks
great. For this just head to

signed up.
SNOWDON TRIP
Last weekend in July- Trip to Snowdon. Leave Friday evening, stay
in cottage, walk Snowdon Saturday, stay over Saturday maybe a BBQ
or dinner out somewhere, zip wire on the way back Sunday morning.
If this is for you then you need to email me with the SUBJECT line
“ SNOWDON” and then I will make sure you stay informed. This wont
be a flat out race….its intended to be a bit of fun and fresh air
with cool people! ☺
TOUGH MUDDER
August 17th- Tough Mudder obstacle race. I can’t begin to explain
the laughs we had doing this last time. Price goes up on May 22nd
so would be good to get booked in as a team ASAP. I will be running
a training programme specifically for this, starting on June 18th.

the subject line “ TOUGH MUDDER TRAINING” and I will let you know
of spaces / availability.
