Recently myself in Luxembourg ( I could not have imagined being there 12 months ago)

There are so many more client success stories……… but the one common theme is that none of them have super human powers and this picture below sums it up

They just get out there, attack it, look after themselves and have a hell of a laugh!

For me as their coach, its an absolute pleasure to be part of their journey.

This weekend we will be going to Cardiff with Team Blast to tackle Tough Mudder.

Now these dudes and dudettes, I have been working with 9 weeks.

We have had a ball.
So much so, they want MORE ……. ( they just love it…)

You if you HATE running beyond belief!

Don’t get me wrong slogging for hours doesn’t float my boat either but

You need to be medically able to run, whilst we don’t always run you will need to be able to run at some point. Don’t worry you don’t need to be forest gump or mo farah …yet

People who will moan about getting wet….its invetiable…

People who are scared of worms…..we train on grass …its invetiable we will see some

Sylvia and Sid…..you know the couple who always try and drag people down, divert people from their chosen path and often sub consciously try to sabotage the efforts of others. They are known as Sylvia and Sid as they are ‘energy sappers’………urrggggghhhh! Please take them away!

Love of the outdoors and just want to embrace a challenge over the next few months

Have the support of awesome people ( I wont allow anybody less than this in)

Not worried about getting down and dirty (in the mud)

Want a challenge and a focus

Want to be pushed and stretched beyond what you could do by yourself

Just want to be told what to do in order to stay ready for any challenge

Be part of a group of people who are like minded and just love being the best they can

If you are the sort of person that gets bored of a gym routine easily

Its ideal for the person who just wants to turn up and be told what to do, it takes all of the thinking out of it.

• Choosing exciting challenges to get stuck into and focused on.

• Meeting on a Wednesday night 7:10pm – 8:10pm for 9 weeks consecutively between 2nd October and November 27th.

• Limited in numbers …you know the deal I don’t let anyone in.

• Meeting at varying locations within 15 minutes drive of Launceston town centre.

• Given the nutritional info to succeed in your chosen challenge

• Shown how to compliment the training you do as part of the live group

• Shown why most people (outside of the group) cant stick to their training

• Shown the most effective ways to recover and repair your body to stay ready
