I hope this finds you well.
Rarely do I write a blog that is solely about an upcoming programme that I have, but this one is for you, if you want to have a pre Christmas push on your health and fitness.
At a time when routines go out the window, work patterns vary and more and more dinner party’s come up and the temptations that those bring.
Now, could be your chance to limit the ‘damage’ with a 21 day programme that will start on December 3rd and finish on Christmas eve.
Guess what, you don’t even have to leave your house for this one…..by all means do…..but what I mean is that there is no need for a gym membership or to attend any live sessions.
I have put together a really simple training programme, with ‘easier’ and ‘harder’ options which wont take you more than 30 minutes per day.
The struggle that a lot of people face getting back into fitness post ‘silly season’ (which by the way, I love) can be hard to see from my point of view, let alone do, for those who seem to ruin their hormones, gain body fat and fall into a sluggish and lethargic mode.
