So it was time to “buckle up” and go all out!
Something I often think about when coaching people is that their fear of failing is crippling their chances of success! Why because it stops them even starting!
I feel like I fail most weeks with an idea that doesn’t come off, a session I didn’t quite get 100% of done etc etc……BUT I would rather fail at a few things than not try at all!
When you consider that your fear of failure is making you fail anyway… you may as well buckle up and go all out!
So, this latest challenge was all about that!
Stand up, face your fears and do what you said you would do!
Well it went rather well…….I think we came 15th out of 35 on the day….not bad for 6 weeks preparation ey?!
