What A Complete **** Up!

Afternoon,

If you are like me you’ve probably had thoughts like this…..whether you follow those thoughts are another thing though……. (your thoughts are not facts by the way)

Watch this short video (a lot of people on social media have viewed it already) and then read on…..

So you see it would have been so easy to just think ah nuts to this I haven’t done it 100% to letter its not worth it!

** You had a food that wasn’t 100% in line with your plan…..

**You had to miss a training session because work changed, the kids were ill…….

** Or maybe you weren’t the best at “exercise” at school…….

You see here lies the opportunity……do you just F**k it all up and smash the whole tub of ice cream! Yea…because that helps!

Do you think, ah I missed a session I will wait until monday to do another one! Because believe me that won’t help either!

Ok so you weren’t the best at exercise at school, does that mean you can’t train and feel friggin’ awesome as a result of being part of a proper programme and a supportive group of like minded people? OBVIOUSLY NOT!

So next time things don’t go 100% to plan remember the phone analogy because I am pretty sure you wouldn’t stamp on that one either 🙂
