It can be draining when all we try to do is improve things we are pretty terrible at!

For me I absolutely hate gardening, DIY and washing the dishes! Cutting the grass just gets me more and more stressed just thinking about it and the thought of having to try and make a set of shelves or make a window (beyond me) !

You see I believe I am pretty darn good at helping people lose body fat and improving their lives as a result of improved lifestyle habits.

So this week, when I haven’t been coaching I have been noting down how I can improve my fat loss system.

Basically I was looking for the gaps in an already successful system.

I have a few ninja ideas I want to try but I need a particular type of person.

Guniea pig may not be the most flattering word I’ll ever call you, but its exactly what we’re looking for!

I have been putting the finishing touches on a special new fat loss program that will take the results and the system we have in place up a notch .

I have been planning this a while I must admit…..just wanted to get a few things nailed down.
The program is aimed at SUPER FAST fat loss and a MASSIVE improvement in health and energy and it will involve some things that are a little ‘different’. Scientifically sound, I’ve just not used them with the masses.
It’ll involve AT LEAST 28 days of exercise, advanced nutrition guidance and boatloads of motivation from myself , Liam and the Blast Fitness Team, PERSONALLY.
We’re looking for 5 people to do the program, for FREE, (You’ll be SPONSORED by us)
The 5 selected people will be put through my  ‘unstoppable-formula’ program and will be told EVERYTHING they need to drop a clothes size in wait for it….
JUST 28 DAYS!
Before you start doubting (if you have this probably isn’t for you) that it can’t be done and that it’s ‘not realistic’ or ‘bad for you’ then you’re actually wrong.

Myself and the other trainers here at the studio and at Blast fitness camp have helped HUNDREDS of people get similar results and it is VERY safe (there’s no calorie counting or dehydration methods involved and it ISN’T a low-carb or even worse a no-carb diet)

There’ll be unlimited veg and fruit, lots of fresh fish and lots of water involved and you’ll only be giving us a max 45 mins exercise a day- hardly extreme right?
So here’s what we’re looking for in our ‘guinea pigs’….
*******> We’re after both men and women who are SERIOUSLEY SERIOUS about making BIG CHANGES to their bodies and health over the next month
******> We’re after people who will COMMIT FULLY to the program, follow EVERY SINGLE piece of my advice TO THE LETTER and COMPLETE the program, rather than going in a ‘sort of, kind of’ way and then dropping out before we’re done.
******> We’re looking at people who are able, DEFINATLY able to blog DAILY (both written AND video) about their fat loss journey and how they’re feeling and also let me use before and after photos as ’evidence’ after we’re done getting you in KILLER shape
*******> We’re looking for people who are sick and tired of the way they look and feel and are DESPERATE to MAKE A CHANGE.
*********> We’re looking for people that will have around 60 pounds that they’re willing to invest in life changing nutritional supplements to help them get results even faster.
*******> You’ll also need to be able to commit to attending 3x sessions a week at either our Launceston or Tintagel Blast Fitness Camps.

Yeh, getting in great shape is actually simple but NOT easy, unless you have us on your team that is!

So why are we doing this for free?
Is there a hidden agenda?
It should actually be pretty obvious BUT I’ll spell it out anyway.
We REALLY believe in this new program but I don’t  want to give it to V.I.P ‘paying clients’ yet.
You see, people are skeptical, they don’t always believe that amazing results are possible, so we’re looking for guinea pigs to ‘road test’ it on to PROVE that this new and improved program kicks ass!
So, once this ‘trial is over, we’ll have some walking, talking EVIDENCE that this works. (I’m actually 100% convinced it does)
Sure I could just TELL THEM to do it but, truth is, only a few of them MAY follow this new stuff, which is no good to any of us right?
However…
At the end of this ‘EXPERIEMENT’ we’re going to have 5 people demonstrating the absolute proof of this improved formula to anyone who remotely doubts it . And it’ll be in ‘real time’ too, none of this horse crap with fake tans, dodgy lighting and pictures that have been photoshopped.
Once the members and ‘people who aren’t with us’ YET see the results for themselves we’ll have no problem at all getting people to adhere to the new program and implement the newest strategies.
So THAT’s the reason. It’s up front for everyone to see. Nothing  hidden.
Go ahead and ’sell’ yourself’ to us by telling me absolutely anything and everything you think we need to know about WHY YOU should be one of the lucky 5 who WILL be a clothes size smaller in just under 28 days.
