Too Many Rabbits Recently

Hey

Chasing and Catching Rabbits….not quite what you expected from me.

Stick with me though!

Recently, having travelled in Asia, I noticed that those who are very poor are very good at just concentrating on what needs doing now.

They don’t seem to be chasing every rabbit in the field.

This got me thinking about the way we in the western world often chase lots of rabbits all day.

I think often when it comes to health and fitness people neglect the foundation of everything – “ health “.

Health very much comes first, the rest will then be a natural consequence of being healthy from the inside out.

Not just physically but mentally too.

—– what I told myself and my client last week—–

I got back (2 weeks ago) and felt pretty rubbish to be honest the malarone tablets played havoc with my liver, I have never felt so lethargic!

That by the way is one of The 5 Key Symptoms of Liver Stress that I will be going over later this week.

………oh and I will be sharing with you some of the things I have taught Allison about liver health, I have also compiled the exact nutrition and guidance I gave to her as well. I will tell you how you can get your hands on this

Back To The Rabbits……..

I just set myself this simple “one rabbit at a time” goal for last week.

1. Choose a varied breakfast each morning that is clean, whole and naturally sourced.

Now……don’t get me wrong my breakfasts weren’t boxed cereal ( I would rather chew my own arm than eat iron filaments)…but I got into a bit of a habit of eating oats and eggs too often.

oh and by the way…… just wait for people to tell you “you are weird” for eating outside of their perception of what should be eaten for breakfast!

Tell them to keep eating cereal and you will see them in a few years time when they are sick and depressed!

Harsh truth but health starts with what you put in your body!

Your rabbit may be a different species to mine, but do 1 thing this week to improve what you are already doing.
